• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• All payments are final. Refunds are only issued at manager discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before departure are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before departure will receive only 50% of the total cost as a refund.
• Any cancellation request within 7 days prior to trip may not be refunded.
• All passengers must arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
• Valid photo ID required for all adult passengers.
