Booking is easy! Browse our trip calendar, select your desired date, and complete the online booking form with full payment to secure your seat.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for popular casino trips and holiday dates. However, last-minute bookings are often available if seats remain.

Yes! You can book as many seats as you need for your group. Simply select the number of seats during checkout and provide passenger information for each seat.

If your preferred date is sold out, check our calendar for alternative dates to the same destination. You can also contact us about custom group trips or to be notified if seats become available.

Payment & Pricing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Square payment gateway.

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All payments are final and refunds are only issued at manager discretion on a case-by-case basis.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your trip departure date. We will send you a payment reminder email.

Trip prices include round-trip transportation in our comfortable charter buses, professional driver service, and any inclusions listed on the specific tour page (such as casino vouchers or admission tickets).

Cancellations & Changes

  • 14+ days before departure: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • 7-13 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Yes! You can transfer your booking to another person up to 48 hours before departure. Contact us with the new passenger information to process the transfer.

Date changes are allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability on the new date. A $15 change fee may apply. Contact us to request a date change.

Day of Trip

  • Valid photo ID (required for all adult passengers)
  • Booking confirmation or reference number
  • Comfortable clothing and walking shoes
  • Any medications you may need
  • Snacks and drinks (optional)

Please arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus departs promptly, so arriving early ensures we can leave on time.

Yes! All our charter buses are equipped with onboard restroom facilities for passenger convenience.

Yes! For multi-day trips, you can bring one suitcase per person (stored in undercarriage storage) plus one carry-on bag. For day trips, bring only what you need for the day.

WiFi is available on select buses. This information will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Custom Group Trips

Yes! We create custom itineraries for groups of all sizes including corporate events, school trips, church outings, family reunions, and more. Contact us to discuss your custom trip needs.

For custom private charters, we typically require a minimum of 25 passengers. However, smaller groups can join our regularly scheduled trips.
